"Abundance with Gratitude" Saturday, April 10th 2 - 4:30pm pre-register $35  $40 day of workshop In this workshop Carmel will lead you through a practice with the sounds of chimes and drums, chants and music from India. This workshop is about creating abundance in your life. You will be asked to look into your hearts and ask for what we really want and deserve to have in this life. Happiness, love, security, faith, are just a few desires one might hold. Moving you through a array of postures and supporting them with her words, Carmel hopes for you to transmit the light that we all must awaken to in our hearts. This is a strong practice that you will then bow to as you then move through an array of forward bends and twists to bring gratitude for all that you have received during the practice. This workshop allows one to open their hearts to radiate with more light and love then they had before they came. This is the gift Carmel hopes to offer in her teaching.   CRYSTAL BOWL MEDITATION Friday, March 19th 7 - 9pm The sounds of the crystal bowls are a form of vibrational medicine, which validates that everything in the universe is in a state of vibration. The frequency at which a person most naturally vibrates is called resonance. A body is in a healthy state of being both emotionally and physically when each cell, each organ, and each emotional thought creates a resonance that is in harmony with the whole being. The purpose of this meditation is to create relaxation and alignment within, while allowing the live vibrations of the bowls to raise you vibrational offering........ pre-register $15 day of workshop $20 This workshop is back by request of those who attended! One that you do not want to miss! Mala Necklace Workshop SATURDAY, MARCH 13TH – 1PM Melt into the essence of beading with Krista of Krista Lynn Designs (www.theartspa.com). Krista, an artist/jewelry designer, has been designing one of a kind ceramic pendants and spiritual essence jewelry since 2002. She firmly believes in the spiritual/healing qualities of semi precious stones and loves to share her knowledge of beading. Each person will individually make a Mala Necklace (using wood beads and semi precious stones), talk about the meaning of a Mala Necklace, the spiritual qualities of gemstones, mantras and healing techniques through the Mala. This spiritual awayness from life will include a small discussion to find out areas in your life where you need a boost, enhancement or healing. Beautiful beads of spiritual quality will be provided to create your personal Mala necklace.  Please bring a pen and journal for taking notes.  Estimated Time 1 1/2 hours.
