         
- Intro to Anusara Yoga – This class is designed to introduce you to the basic practice of Anusara yoga and Principles of Alignment. You will be learning basic poses while emphasizing and being supported by the technique of heart, alignment and action.
Essentials - This class is perfect for those who are looking for a skilled foundation with emphasis on Anusara’s technique of heart, alignment and action. This class moves in a slower pace developing strength and stamina of the physical body moving intelligently through a gentle flow and practicing poses fully and in modification.
Deepening – These classes will take the student into fuller versions of poses with an option of modified variations to honor limitations. There is always a reference back to the fundamental principles of alignment to keep the integrity of the asana. The students will be challenged in these classes to take themselves deeper and to access deeper strengths mentally and physically and emotionally. This class is also for those who embody a clear understanding of the Principles of Alignment, which are taught in all beginner classes. It will take to you to your edge with a lightness of heart and the strength of a warrior, filling not only your body with a connection greater than yourself, but also your spirit.
Dynamic Flow – For students who love the flow infused with a clear understanding of the Principles of Alignment for a class that is energetic, fun and strengthening. This class will be challenging, enlightening and joyful. It promises to take to your edge with and honor of your spirit. It is not always the goal, but it is always the journey.
Restorative/Meditation – Relax, renew and reconnect with yourself in this two- part class. The first hour is dedicated to Restorative Yoga and includes gentle movement, supported yoga postures and simple breathing techniques. Restorative Yoga revitalizes the body, deepens the breath and soothes the mind and emotions. The following half-hour consists of Guided Meditation to calm and focus the mind and uncover the joy of "being". The two can be taken together of separately
Private Instruction – If you have injuries or special concerns or would just like one on one instruction this is an opportunity to do so. You will be able to ask questions and discuss specific physical issues. Privates can be in addition to a home practice or to classes at the studio. The cost is $125.
Devotional Chanting (Kirtan)
- Devotional Chanting is a Spiritual practice, a discipline, like Hatha yoga and Meditation. The names of God are sung repetitively and a layer of negative energy will begin to dissolve. Like any sadhana or regular spiritual practice, when it is done synonymously with the desire to know the God in oneself, there is an unveiling of our true nature, our inner beauty. Our Kirtans are led by our friend Tanuj, and are held on the first Sunday of the month at 7pm unless otherwise noted. Suggested donation is $10.
