Gentle/Beginner
- Students are gently introduced to the Anusara alignment principles in a more modified manner. This is for students with injuries, physical limitations, or any beginner student wishing to start out gently.
Intermediate
- these classes take the student in to full or fuller versions of poses with an option of modified variations to honor limitations. There is always a reference back to the fundamental principles of alignment to keep the integrity of the asanas. The students will be challenged in these classes to take themselves deeper and to access deeper strengths mentally and physically.
Beginner Classes
- are for people who have never done yoga before, or who have injuries or limitations that would require them to work within the confines of a basic practice. These classes are slower paced with an emphasis on fundamental alignment principles and modified variations of poses.
Private Instruction
- For those who have injuries or special concerns or would just like one on one instruction. You will be able to ask questions and discuss specific physical issues. Privates can be in addition to a home practice or to classes at the studio. The cost is $90 in the studio. Varied rates apply for sessions in your home, depending on the location of your home.

Devotional Chanting (Kirtan)
- Devotional Chanting is a Spiritual practice, a discipline, like Hatha yoga and Meditation. The names of God are sung repetitively and a layer of negative energy will begin to dissolve. Like any sadhana or regular spiritual practice, when it is done synonymously with the desire to know the God in oneself, there is an unveiling of our true nature, our inner beauty. Our Kirtans are led by our friend Tanuj, and are held on the first Sunday of the month at 7pm unless otherwise noted. Suggested donation is $10.
Pranayama Restorative
- Poses are held with the support of props and with the union of body and breath. The practice of these classes helps us on many levels, emotionally, mentally, as well as physically. Any level of yoga practitioner can practice this.
Practice with Teachers
- Join the teachers as they practice together. You will become a part of the practice, learning as they do from each other. It will challange you differently then a class. All are welcome.
Meditation
- For beginners or those who already have a practice. We meditate in a group setting and can choose to share our experience with the group or not. Wendy either leads us in a meditation or she brings a message to the group for that session. All are welcome.
Intermediate-Advanced
- This class is for those who embody a clear understanding of the Principles of Alignment which are taught in all beginner classes. It will take to you to your edge with a lightness of heart and the strength of a warrior, filling not only your body with a connection greater than yourself, but also your spirit.
