Yoga Anjali is directed by Carmel Calcagno. The name anjali, meaning “offering”, embodies the studio’s highest intention, which is to assist students in remembering their own greatness. The classes taught here inspire the student to unite with a deeper sense of their own self worth and innate inner goodness. We encourage the growth of their self esteem and confidence. They’re taught to honor themselves and their physical limitations as their awareness increases through the steady practice and clear instruction.
